I could not have found a better place to live with not only the water front access to the water and all the restaurants and walking paths around the 3 plus miles. I highly recommend Waterfront Place to anyone that maybe looking for an apartment to reside in.
Waterfront Place has put together an amazing staff that are very good and professional at working with not just the people that come to look at apartments they also are here to talk and answer all questions that the current tenants might have and always with a greeting and a smile.
I would like to thank the great maintenance staff that go beyond with keeping WaterFront Place a clean and safe buildings. Thanks to Javier,Tony and Andrew for your hard work. And also thanks to the Administration staff of Jamie,Keena and Ellen for always taking the time to say hello or answer the many question that you get in a single day. We could not have gotten any better professional people than what are here.

|Recommended: YesBest place I've lived in 57 years — I know 5 stars on everything looks too good to be true. I'm going on my second year lease now. It was a no brainer. I've lived all over western Washington. I've owned my own place in Lake Stevens. I have not, or ever felt the need to lock my door even once since I moved in January of 2024. The sound insulation is the best I've seen in a building like this. Just walk down any hallway and listen for your self Out back is like a paradise of fountains and boats parked in the marina. People who live in town come down here to get away and see awesome sunsets. I live it every day Every day I come home from work and enter the nautical themed lobby with super high ceilings, I feel lucky to live here. The sun sets out my living and bedroom windows nightly. They will have to throw me out of here. Not going anywhere as long as I can afford it.
|Recommended: YesWe love our home — My partner and I have been living in these apartments for 2 years now and we absolutely love it We would happily buy our unit if it ever became a condo if this ever becomes an option please feel free to reach out . The area is wonderful and we're excited to see what it's going to look like after all the construction is done. Full disclosure, we are really worried about being priced out due to potentially rising rent, so if possible please don't do that to us. We genuinely love it here and would happily stay for as long as we possibly can. Thank you
